It is a truly beautiful place. Everywhere I turned there was a picture calling to be taken. The green grass, the beautiful gardens, trees and flowers, the small pond - everything had an Alice in Wonderlandish feel. It’s far enough from the city to be surrounded by beautiful green fields and close enough that you can get a taxi to ride into the city center when needed. The staff was exceptional, always polite and taking care of every request whether it was a cup of tea in the lawns or suggestions of what to do nearby. The spa was also wonderful - with the heated pool, jacuzzi and steam / sauna, it all added to a relaxing stay

The welcome was excellent with warmth. Went to the room and we both wanted something more. I went out of my room and met a room cleaner, her name was Mary S and she told us about other good rooms in the hotel. Called the reception and spike to Ross, what an incredible person. He sorted out out and made our stay memorable. Excellent PRO skills and he delivered beyond our expectations. We had meal at the restaurant twice and the meal was good with great service from all the staffs and especially Morgan.
