At first glance, location was a bit shabby - but more than made up by apartment. It was a gem, all luxuries, with a meticulous attention to detail. Free parking out the back, and the location turned out to be fine - close to bus stop and supermarket.

My friend and I loved the location. It was a very safe area and an easy walk into town. The whole place was very clean and I had no complaints about anything. The owners were always in touch to make sure we were ok. I was very pleased with everything and I would stay there again when I come back to Cardiff. It looked just as nice as the photos on the website.

We stayed for a night for a hen do and the property was great! Bedrooms all lovely and my bed was super comfy! Had everything you needed for a short (or long) stay! Was around a 20 minute walk to the centre. And I managed to park directly outside. We had a lovely stay and would defiantly stay again! Thank you!

Staff throughout the hotel were exceptional. I can deal with not having my expectations met with the facilities in a hotel if the staff is excellent … definitely the key factor for me, but no worry at this Novotel because the facilities were wonderful
