The staff was exceptionally helpful. The location was right in the city centre, in the heart of the city. The receptionists greeted us by saying we were upgraded to a better room, which was a nice surprise :) Our room had a view of one of the oldest colleges of Oxford, which was beautiful. The room was also very clean and comfortable and there was no noise coming into the room from the busy street. We had a small issue with the sink in our bathroom but we informed the reception and it was fixed immediately. The bar area in the lobby was very nicely decorated and the staff was very kind as well. We didn’t have time to check out the roof terrace so we need to do it in our next visit :)

– Free EV charging is a major bonus at this location. – Sauna is fantastic; 80°C is an excellent strong, temperature for spa frequenters like me. – Breakfast was à la carte and quite generous; a branded Costa coffee was a nice surprise, too. – I ended up in a 'cabin,' but it turned out to be a bonus; more secluded, peaceful, and enjoying sunrise views.

The rooms at this hotel are beautiful and so comfortable. This was my second time staying here with my husband and once again could not fault the service. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was amazing and this time we used the spa which was so relaxing. I also had a back massage which was lovely. The facilities are stunning. It’s the perfect place for a quiet retreat.

We stayed in a lodge and it was excellent. Clean, comfortable bed, lovely shower, quiet location, free parking. Everything we needed for a short stay. The vegetarian breakfast was very good and served in the restaurant area overlooking the golf course. I used the spa facilities and had a back massage. Lovely clean spa and the facilities looked very new. I really enjoyed my back massage with Sophie. My husband did a round of golf and he said it was well maintained.

Really quiet spa hotel. Really feel out of the way in the countryside. Spa small but has everything you need, was very relaxing. We had the place to ourselves on Sunday of a Bank Holiday weekend. Rooms in lodge modern and clean. Will come back a great escape from busy life. Also, there are lots of free electrical car chargers that are not listed on booking.com, great for electric car drivers.

We stayed at the Springs for a friends spa weekend and this was the perfect spot for it. The on site spa was lovely and relaxing, and the bedrooms well-equipped and comfortable, with nice big bathrooms. We enjoyed the breakfast and being able to park right outside the rooms is a nice touch, too
