Rooms were beautifully decorated.. ( sky tv complimentary water etc) staff so lovely & helpful There is a courtesy car which can take you to and from the other restaurants ie Milsoms & Talbooth … If you don’t want the continental breakfast which is offered here you can go to Milsoms for a cooked full English which is excellent. ( lots if choice on Milsoms menu) we love the spa here which is amazing

Absolutely everything, facilities were amazing & the staff were so helpful & always spoke. Bus stop into Ipswich town centre 1min walk from hotel. Cost of £2.00. Hotel breakfast was way beyond anything we have had, inside swimming pool is a must. Can't wait to return.

Beautiful property - everything you could wish for from a night away! Stunning room overlooking the Suffolk countryside. It was decorated beautifully for Christmas. Food was delicious, both dinner and breakfast. A real must!

We liked being able to stay in a hotel that was close to our family. It was a convenient location and we were happy with our room. The staff was very friendly. We loved being able to use the facilities...the driving range. The adventure golf was closed due to snow the day we wanted to play, but we hope to play next time we stay. We enjoyed being able to use the lounge area by the bar to hang out with a big group of family members.
