The beautiful and strategic location for visiting the Cotswolds and the elegant yet familiar style of the hotel. The original building where we stayed is very welcoming in perfect English style, and the new structure is impeccable with its restaurants, fitness area, and pool. We appreciated the welcoming and availability of the staff. The room was very spacious and carefully detailed. The gardens and the hills were a beautiful place for walks and for play. We will return! Highly recommended :)

Perfect hotel. The breakfast was wonderful, with many options. Huge variety at breakfast. Very attentive and well-trained staff. I loved the reception staff who were very careful with me.

The proper was on the lake and beautifully decorated. So many thoughtful things for guests from loo paper, shampoo etc in every bathroom to a lovely thoughtful and generous welcome pack of Prosecco, chocolates, coffee pods . Thank you ! Kitchen has loads of crockery and cutlery … everything one would need.

Our standard room was very spacious with a little terrasse, and a beautiful view on the lake. Beautiful lounge, and very nice staff.

Absolutely loved everything!! The beautiful room called Loveage we stayed in was divine. The restaurants, the spa, the chill out lounge spaces through to the garden walks. All staff were exceptional, soo helpful always. We adored our stay here for 3 nights and are obsessed with Thyme!!

We stayed one night as travelling from cornwall to Cambridge, the staff were very helpful, property was well kept & facilities great, we used the pool & the gym. The food in the restaurant was excellent.
