Our room that we always have 127 is ideal for us and our furbaby neve its a lot quiter where we are also the staff are excellent Demi on reception was extremely helpful and I thank her for all what she did to accommodate our stay then we have Olivia who was also lovely and helpful then you have summer who was behind the bar and also lovely and helpful and then Jan the housekeeper who made our room lovely that is why we keep coming back we try and get there 3 times a year the food again was excellent especially the breakfast it was really busy as there was 2 big functions on so 100% I give to them all thank you for making our 3 days special 😊 xx

I literally cannot praise this property enough, it was perfect! From the genuinely friendly and efficient staff to the super-super comfy bed, it was a brilliant stay. We actually took pics of the labels for the pillows and duvet as we may buy the same, they were so comfortable. We will definitely be returning :)

It was located in an amazing place. Elegant and peaceful looking. Nothing fancy but everything was great. As a former Mercure staff, I wasn’t very much into booking any of the Mercure brand but I’m glad that I booked it. 😇 I would like to say a big thank you to Tom (F&B) for an amazing service with a lovely smile. Very comfortable beds, slept really well, good evening meal and very good breakfast. Even the coffee was great.!! Would highly recommend for an overnight en route to the shuttle. All the staff, from receptionist at check-in, waiting staff in restaurant (dinner & breakfast) to checkout staff were extremely friendly
