Beautiful hotel, views from rooms, terrace and the surrounding area are second to none. All staff we had interactions with were helpful, informative and very friendly. The rooms are great, comfortable beds and the hot tub was a great addition. No issues with meals, very flavorful and definitely worth their prices.

Very comfortable flat with all the comforts of home. John was great - he provided us with most of the info we needed when we got there, and was responsive to questions. The place is close to everything in Windermere, including the bus that goes to the other towns. I would stay here again any time.
