I had an amazing stay. The lodge was beautiful, peaceful and incredibly comfortable. I originally booked a suite but instantly fell in love with the lodge instead. Faye was absolutely fantastic — she went above and beyond to accommodate my last-minute request and made sure everything was perfect. The staff was exceptionally helpful. The location was right in the city centre, in the heart of the city. The receptionists greeted us by saying we were upgraded to a better room, which was a nice surprise :) Our room had a view of one of the oldest colleges of Oxford, which was beautiful. The room was also very clean and comfortable and there was no noise coming into the room from the busy street. We had a small issue with the sink in our bathroom but we informed the reception and it was fixed immediately. The bar area in the lobby was very nicely decorated and the staff was very kind as well. We didn’t have time to check out the roof terrace so we need to do it in our next visit :)

Delightful hotel, staff were lovely and the food was fantastic. Our only regret was that we only stayed one night - we plan to go back for longer.
