一层是一间卧室，厨房餐厅和另外一间卧室在地下室，房间干净，设备齐全。房东就在隔壁，由于厨房在地下室，并且抽烟机功率一般，煎牛排不能完全吸走油烟，我们同时煎三块牛排触发了烟雾报警器，房东来提醒我们用锅盖盖住油烟，后来我们不敢再煎牛排，用水煮的，因为就算盖着锅盖也再一次触发了报警器，很尴尬。如果要住在这里，只能做些水煮简餐比较合适。但是房东把房子收拾得很干净，厨房用完后也尽力恢复到之前的样子。
