Was very pleased that they upgraded us to the executive suite which was so much nicer than the basic room we had last time , made such a difference to our stay there, staff are so friendly and helpful, we will definitely stay again as my daughter lives close by and we live in spain so perfect for us

I literally cannot praise this property enough, it was perfect! From the genuinely friendly and efficient staff to the super-super comfy bed, it was a brilliant stay. We actually took pics of the labels for the pillows and duvet as we may buy the same, they were so comfortable. We will definitely be returning :)

Everything🥰 receptionist are professional she carry our luggage upstairs and opened the door give us complementary water in our journey home, all the staff from dinner to breakfast is the best there smile and polite service over take my expectations about the food, fantastic served with passion. Our room is clean towels is so fluffy, toiletries,tea,coffee just right,bed is ok, regarding the spa, staff are awesome and available, facilities is amazing pool, steam room sauna and jacuzzi. Overall my husband and I enjoyed and had a wonderful and relaxed weekend. Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel, pool and spa amazing. Nice breakfast, nice seating areas in and around bar, mixture of the old house and new. Staff extremely polite and helpful.

It was located in an amazing place. Elegant and peaceful looking. Nothing fancy but everything was great. As a former Mercure staff, I wasn’t very much into booking any of the Mercure brand but I’m glad that I booked it. 😇 I would like to say a big thank you to Tom (F&B) for an amazing service with a lovely smile.
