I had a wonderful stay with my family! The place was spotless — everything was clean and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. The location was also perfect, close to everything we needed and in a safe, convenient area. What really stood out was the support: whenever we had a question or needed help, someone was always available and ready to assist. The apartment is nice and clean with enough space for 3 people. The kitchen appliances were great as we could prepare all the food we wanted to. Additionally, there's an iron which have proven to be helpful. The hosts were very responsive via WhatsApp and responded to all our inquiries within 5 to 10 minutes. We appreciate the gesture of borrowing us the EU UK electricity adapter.

The views from the hotel are phenomenal! On the 43rd floor our room had views of the Thames, eye of London, st. Paul's Cathedral and much more! Location is excellent being right next to London Bridge metro and train station it's easy to get around London. The staff were also fantastic and always around to answer questions and help out when needed! It was also soo lovely to have a bathtub with such a fantastic view! It was hard to leave! Will certainly be returning!
