Everything. Location was perfect, right on Leicester square, a breezy 5 mins walk to Soho & Chinatown & 10 mins stroll to Covent garden. Room is spacious & it has a huge shower with 3 shower heads including a lower one built for children usage (I think). Brilliant hot water pressure which was welcoming after a long trip Staff are super friendly & approachable. Room was quickly cleaned when I was out for lunch. Breakfast is amazing. I love it that breakfast has a great selection of tropical fruits including the yummy mangoes.

This was a perfect choice for my mom’s birthday. Everything was incredible since the begining, there was a surprise gift in the room. Location is perfect. Room view was stunning. View was gorgeous and privacy shades a great addition. Loved the staff's consistent attention to detail in servicing the room and multiple times per day. The large bed was super comfortable as was the additional seating. The buffet breakfast was stellar.
