We booked this as a present for our friends, they loved it. I let the hotel know it was a present in the comments, I told our friends this, the hotel made no reference to this. We arrange for payment to be taken from. Our card. Can you imagine how mortified I was when they were asked to pay the bill on leaving. This was a present and this should not have happened. I am so disappointed.
