Didnt have breakfast on any occassion, just not a breakfast person. I find location excellent ,we come and go thru carcassonne regularly. My daughter a nd family first experienced your hotel when they had an emergency in France, she passed it to me, I've passed it to my sister etc . We always enjoy it, we "get what it says on the tin", and it's super value.

Truely amazing hotel within the walled city. Stunning location and facilities. The breakfast options were fantastic and all the staff were so friendly.
