Very friendly staff, very helpful, keen to share recommendations on where to go, visit. The place itself as it was in the off-season was nice and quiet. Nice breakfast as well. Lovely place to stay, big, clean and comfortable.

It’s my favourite hotel. Fantastic position by the Dune Excellent facilities Excellent staff The rooms are beautifully designed And the food from breakfast/bistro/cafe/ bakery/restaurant is exceptional.

Not only the hotel is very conveniently located (close to town & train station), it’s also nicely decorated and the room felt very cosy.

This 4-star hotel is located opposite the beach in Arcachon and a 5-minute walk from Casino de la Plage. A furnished balcony and free internet access feature in the air-conditioned guest rooms.

From the booking to parking to reception and cleaning staff, everyone was amazing. Especially the young man on reception. We paid a little extra for a balcony with sea view and it was worth every centime. Watching the spectacular fireworks was amazing. In terms of the room, it was fresh, clean and modern. It had a very good hairdryer, a fridge, plenty of hangers and storage, very comfortable bed, water machine in the hallway so you could get still or sparkling, coffee and tea. Parking was incredibly easy and convenient beneath the hotel for €25 per night. It’s a stones throw from the beach, shops and multiple restaurants. Outside the hotel is a very reasonable bike hire shop - thoroughly recommend this.

Everything. The hosts John and Audrey took so much trouble to ensure everything was perfect. Beautiful tranquil location. Swimming pool area was beyond lovely.All beautifully landscaped. Plenty of sunbeds and sunshades. The room was scrupulously clean. Huge bed and very comfortable. Bikes were provided free of charge. Everything you could want for a break was there.
