The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was homemade confitures, juice, a large selection of tea, coffee and croissants and baguettes. All very nice. The room was spacious and well appointed. In a quiet location with parking secure on the property.

The apartment is in an excellent location close to La Gare and Agen centre. It is also close to Le Canal des Deux Mers long distance cycle route between Royan and Sete. With the property owners permission it could be possible to store 2 bicycles inside the apartment. Car parking is possible in an adjacent side street on an opportunity basis only. The apartment has all modern facilities including reversible air conditioning and a microwave. Overall the apartment offers good value comfortable accommodation in Agen and is highly recommended.

The property was so convenient to the canal de midi for us to cycle on. Sebastian was so welcoming and couldn't have done enough to make our stay comfortable. Having the pool table and Sauna was also such a bonus. Great accommodation with great facilities.
