We were a group of five (3 adults and 2 children aged 7 and 1). We liked everything. There was plenty of space, and the house was clean and cozy. The location is convenient (close to the city, the airport, and the santa village). We even walked there with the children and a sled — it took about 35 minutes. The owners are very kind and trustworthy.

Staff were great, spoke fantastic English and were happy to help with all our questions. The room was large, spacious and clean. The restaurant has the best minute-steak meal ever!! Yum! The breakfast was amazing, so much variety, healthy and delicious. Also a great gluten free bread and options available. Facilities were all-round clean and in great condition, and they had highchairs in all eating areas for the toddlers. The funpark for fun for the toddler!🤩

The hotel’s facilities are breathtaking: the igloos are cozy, modern, and offer spectacular views. But what truly made this experience even more special was the spa. The spa domes are a true paradise for relaxation, and I want to give special thanks to the receptionist of Indian origin, whose name I don’t remember, but whose attentiveness and professionalism made every moment in the spa perfect. This is an amazing place about 5 km away from the city of Rovaniemi hidden in a forest. Visited during December 2024 and the experience was totally unique. We recommend the Aurora Hat (glass igloos) for maximum a couple of nights and the suites for a longer stay because of the space. Ioanna and Aimilia have also contributed to our feeling like home experience because of their excellent service and hospitality! Thank you!! 🤍🤍
