Everything! The rooms were modern and clean. Beds were comfy and enough room to prepare our own food in the fully stocked kitchen. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

A beautiful and peaceful place with a minimal-chic design in the rooms, blending so well with the amazing nature around. It is also a very eco-conscious hotel and all the staff are so welcoming, polite, helpful and warm. And the breakfast buffet is incredible and varied - I specifically recommend the local non alcoholic sparkling wine they serve, so refreshing! Cannot find a fault in this wonderful place - would give the Arctic Treehouse Hotel a "one of a kind" rating if I had this option. We stayed 3 nights but never wanted to leave..

I especially want to highlight Fermín, the receptionist, who went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. From the very first interaction, his kindness and professionalism stood out. He not only provided detailed information about the hotel and its services but also ensured that every one of my needs was met. Always available with a smile, he was ready to assist with any request, making me feel truly at home. The hotel’s facilities are breathtaking: the igloos are cozy, modern, and offer spectacular views. But what truly made this experience even more special was the spa. The spa domes are a true paradise for relaxation, and I want to give special thanks to the receptionist of Indian origin, whose name I don’t remember, but whose attentiveness and professionalism made every moment in the spa perfect. Her warm and caring nature made me feel truly looked after, adding a special touch to the experience. Every corner of the hotel is designed for relaxation and well-being, creating a perfect balance of luxury and nature. Without a doubt, I will return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a magical and rejuvenating getaway. We absolutely loved it!!! The staff was amazing, the location gorgeous and the apartments next level beautiful and super modern. We spent our days foraging mushrooms, picking berries and reading on the front porch - felt like paradise 😍 We will definitely come back.. I highly highly recommend staying a few days to soak in the experience.

Everything was amazing, the chalet looks just like the pictures. It is very clean, and has many utensils in the kitchen making it easy to cook various things. The fireplace is such a big plus, with the firewood provided by the owner. We had a great time, were so cozy, and really enjoyed the location as well (in the nature, very quiet and close to hiking trails). There is a fancy hotel (Lapland Hotels Sky Ounasvaara) only 7 minutes walk away that offers an amazing breakfast buffet, it's worth it to try at least once!

We came here in winter. When we arrived, everything was really warm and toasty and clean. There is enough room for two couples or even more persons in the chalet. The fireplace and sauna are amazing. You can start hiking directly from there and have amazing views and ways in the forest surrounding you.
