The staff and service here was incredible, the staff were so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. We had to leave early before breakfast started and they kindly prepared some breakfast items to take with us. The facilities and room was very comfortable and luxurious.

From the moment we arrived the staff were warm, friendly which continued throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet exceptional with made to order omelettes that were light and fluffy. Dinner again exceptional.. The hotel is located really well close to all amenities We would all stay here again.

The location was amazing and we had a great view out the windows. The breakfast was really varied and very very good. The room was big enough for two people to feel comfortable. The staff were very good. Particularly on reception.

I loved the design of the hotel, the friendly staff, the additional services free of charge (e.g. ebike rental, drinking water fountains), the location with the outstanding view of the bay in Port de Soller, Neni restaurant and the bar, delicious rich breakfasts and all the small details like e.g. hotel scent, beach bags at guests’ disposal.
