Everything went well and what makes this hotel so fabulous are the staff. We did not meet one grumpy or unhelpful member of staff in our two weeks. They are a credit to Gran Melia. The bonus was the nightly show, fantastic especially Isora Rock

Room was very clean, also bathroom. One evening the owner cooked amazing private dinner for us. Watching the sunset from the hot thub after all day hikeing was perfect! If you don't want to be in place that has conquered by tourist this is your place!

Would like to say a big THANK YOU to all the Vincci Family for such a warm welcome. The staff is exceptional and so profesional (especially Angella and Emanuel in the breakfast). The Hotel itself is also unique: lot of details to everything (spectacular views, reception,bar,lounge area,swimming pools and it's located in very quite street) Rooms are very clean and beds are very comfortable. 10/10 for everything!!

ALL! We had breakfast and dinner: lot of variety, fresh and tastfull. Room and pool clean and well organised. One of us uses wheelchair, we didn't have any problem. Everyone was very helpfull, so we could have nice holidays. Gentle and friendly staff with respect of privacy.

We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, with a fantastic design architecture and stunning view that gave it a great vibe. All staff were super friendly and always helpful. Housekeeping came by twice a day, breakfasts were just extraordinary in variety and quality and pool surrounding and services were top as well. One of the highlights for me were the free yoga classes. The sessions were led by Nodin, a passionate yoga teacher who introduced me to different aspects of yoga. His guidance didn’t just teach me more about yoga, it opened up a whole new world for me that I’m excited to keep exploring. Overall, we loved our stay and plan to go back one day!

The hotel is perfectly located in Costa Adeje close to the beach and great restaurants. Everything from check-in to check-out went very smoothly and the staff were wonderful throughout our stay and took care of eveything we needed. The room and all the amenities are excellent and very suitable for families with children of all ages. The breakfast and dinner were also very good, good verity of all kinds of flavours and everything fresh and delicious.
