Absolutely fabulous hotel, staff cannot do enough for you and the facilities are stunning. Rooms are huge and have everything you could possibly need including luxury toiletries, mini bar, two tv's and bluetooth speakers. Only a short walk or taxi journey to the seafront so in an ideal location.

After visiting all different parts of the island, I can say that this is the best location to base yourself in Lanzarote. Keep in mind that we had a rental car, which made everything much easier. The airport is 5 minutes away, the main city is 10 minutes away, Spar, bike rentals and many restaurants are a few minutes walk away. We visited all the attractions of the island and they are fairly evenly spaced from the location (20-40 minutes by car). There are also many larger shopping centers nearby. The neighborhood is quiet, the resort is quite large and offers the most different things. They have two pools, which were quite cold in February, although they said they were heated. Still it was nice for a short swim. The gym is small and only opens at 8 am, although it was often not open on the hour. The apartment was unique and had a lot of space both inside and outside, its own terrace with sun loungers and a table. They also have a tennis court that you can rent. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choice, various juices, sweet and savory items. It starts at 8am, which is ideal. The staff was very friendly and always smiling, I would especially praise their knowledge of English and willingness to help. They also have a playground for children and a children's pool. Rancho Texas is also a 5-minute drive away, which is a very popular animal and theme park for children. There is also a market in the basement of the resort, which we didn't use, and a spa where you can get a massage. I would most certainly return to this resort on my second visit!

Everything was absoutely perfect. This hotel should be a 5 Star! Everything was super clean, the staff are great and were always ontop of you. The food variety is exceptional, we never got bored. A large variety of fresh fish and meat served daily. The facilities are great too, good animation team.

Very nice hotel, just at the airport. We opt for deluxe rooms (recommended), half-board, food good choice, quality ok. Fair prices for drinks. Very nice wellness (swimming pools, sauna), massages, made by Luna and Linda were superb. Arrangement for birthday of our mother was so nice! Staff very friendly. We can recommend this hotel!

Great location close to shops, bars and restaurants. Nice pool, plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. Buffet for breakfast and dinner was varied and constantly replenished. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The gym was well-equipped and a nice sauna was free to use. Cannot fault this hotel.

This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Everything was perfect, position of the hotel, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, room equipment, excellent facilities (gym, fitness classes, amazing pool, spa area). Breakfast one of the best I’ve been to. Hotel staff were also exceptional and a special mention to Christina and Nikol, all extremely attentive and perfect at what they do. Loved the relaxed atmosphere and the comfort. Loved everything about this hotel and I will, without a doubt, be returning.

have to say we had no complaint with any service and not alone that but the early morning flight we had was no problem to the staff having the breakfast room open and full of fresh food. Staff could not be any more helpful. Pool, sauna all top class. Also had a massage and the guy that done the massage was first class and excellent at his job and gave me a great experience.

The hotel has a good view, the installations outside are quite beautiful, the breakfast is quite good, the gourmet restaurant is exceptional and most importantly the staff is incredible helpful and kind. The massage in the spa was also quite good.
