Was very shocked by how beautiful this hotel was. Pictures don’t even do it justice. The staff were super friendly with my dogs and the check in process was super quick. Came in with a camper van and yet the parking they had was very spacious and just so convenient. Located in the best neighbourhood in San Sebastián restaurants near by and just great for a couple of days and even more. Will be returning for sure !

Staff were very helpful. Really liked the staff in the Misura Restaurant., they were outstanding. Ate there every evening. Spa and pool are fantastic. had a spa treatment which was wonderful.
