We stayed in our honeymoon. The team was so kind and helpful from the very first moment. They upgraded our room because of our honeymoon and sent a dessert and drink to us 🌸. The location is perfect, in the middle of Plaza Mayor. You can walk everywhere in the center. Also, buses and metro also really close. The room was very comfortable. It was modernly furnished, everything was really new. You will find everything that you need from a hotel. Thank you again, Ana, Pablo and all the stuff 🙏🏽

The property was clean and the rooms were huge. Staff friendly and amenities excellent. Very quiet considering they are in central Madrid. Glass may be sound proof. We were on holiday with two other couples and they were staying at hotels more central similarly priced. The feedback we got from them on their hotels was noisy and slightly run down ‘travel lodge’ like. We totally lucked out with this hotel one and it was as close to many of the restaurants as them anyway.

Breakfast was amazing, room extremely comfortable i would say one of the most comfortable beds i have slept in at a hotel. Location was central walking distance from many of the sites and shopping close by. Great restaurants surrounding. Hotel restaurants were also very good.

Thanks a lot to a wonderful lady at the reception, whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask, but we arrived at 9:30 and luckily our room was already free and clean and she check us in free of charge! And it was exactly what we needed cause we were too tired after a long night bus trip. (of course we were just lucky and it depends on the availability of the rooms but still - big shoutout to the staff for that ❤️🙌 The location is amazing, right in the centre of the city.
