Lovely property and very central. Best part is the HOHO bus stop right outside the door of the hotel. So very easy to go out. Shopping also very near to the hotel. Room was good too but the Air conditioner was not adjustable so it was a bit too cold for us. Breakfast was a huge spread with loads of variety and very tasty too. But they start a bit late and that was a draw back for early travelers.

There is a very nice concierge staff called Ainara . She is super helpful for my trip about booking the ticket to any kind of activities liked museum, train ticket … make sure we can have a very smooth journey. Even brining me the train ticket to my room once it’s ready 🙏🙏🙏 it makes us feeling comfortable and relief sometimes when we know nothing about this country . It’s really amazing to us 🙏🙏🙏 overall the staffs of the hotel is nice and hospitality.
