From the moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the exceptional receptionist, Fabio, who truly made my stay remarkable. His attentiveness and dedication to providing exceptional customer service were evident throughout my stay by also providing personalised recommendations, helping me make the most of my visit. I must also say all other staff members (except of one whom name I don‘t want to put on the internet) took time to engage friendly conversations, creating welcoming atmoshpere that made me feel like a valued guest. Definitely important to mention, everyone‘s positive energy was contagious, which I needed after a stressful period at work.
