The entrance of the hotel is amazing, friendly and helpful staff. The room was nice, the bathroom was great. The pools are amazing. The meals were perfect. And above all, all the people working there were really nice and friendly (and hardworking).

Location is beautiful, right by the cliffs overlooking the ocean. Breakfast buffet was big and wide variety. The facilities are simple and nice. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to a family health emergency, the staff was so helpful, kind and understanding. We would like to be back.

Booked preferred club. Loved the extra facilities with this, breakfast, afternoon and evening snacks in the preferred club lounge and access to the preferred club terrace with the Balinese beds. Rooms were exceptional, with super comfy beds and spacious bathrooms and balcony had amazing sea views. Staff were very friendly and helpful, location was great with lots of shops and bars within a short walking distance. Great choice of food options for all meals, loved the exceptional choice for breakfast and the dinner buffet.

The common areas of the hotel are amazing. The quality of the shows each night exceeded our expectations, especially the Flemingo show. The pool is huge. As all luxury hotels in the Canary island, the included breakfast and dinner are served with numerous dishes with great quality. We had a great stay here.

We spent a week in the adults only section (Red Level) and it was wonderful and very relaxing. Staff was very helpful and tried to meet all needs. The endless pool is amazing and there are good sports classes and a good fitness center. The beach area was also very nice and I like the little café there for lunch. Our room was very spacious and quiet. The restaurants are good but you have to book in advance. The terrace for the sundowner is nice and there was good music.

- The resort is very nice and very clean - The gardens are very beautiful - The staff is very friendly and they speak a good English compared to other regions of Spain - The buffet for breakfast and dinner is very good and you have a lot of options, the dinner has a thematic that changes every day - Each night you can enjoy a different show in the resort while enjoying drinks from bar - Direct view to sunset from bar terrace - Adults only pool & area

The breakfast was fantastic and there were a number of food options throughout the resort. The paella at Oasis was our favorite. The beaches were beautiful and access was easy. Their spa was wonderful and prices were decent. There were plenty of pools to use and choose from, most of them were kid friendly. I believe there was one adult only pool. The entertainment was so much fun and honestly unexpected. For the most part, the staff was outstanding and helpful.
