Everything about this hotel was spot on. We had booked another apartment in Marsa Matruh but it was very substandard. We went to this hotel to have a look and possibly some breakfast. The staff were amazing. Breakfast had finished but they were very accomodating and provided us with an amazing breakfast. After eating the hotel manager showed us around the hotel and we were shown a room which we fell in love with. The room was spotless and the balcony looked straight out to sea and the hotels private beach. We actually spent 4 nights here and upgraded to half board. The food was stunning and the restaurant manager was super friendly, attentive and actually quite funny.

- The beach is very amazing - The food is delicious in all restaurants. We tried the main restaurant and sofra and a sea food and the in-room dining and all food was delicious - Staff was very friendly and cooperative.

First of all I’d like to thank all the staff especially Ms Menna Hatem, the receptionist. She was very helpful and friendly. She was professional and assisted us to the maximum. Love the beach it was crystal clear almost no waves at, absolutely beautiful. Staff are so friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to help. Service was fast and efficient. Rooms are clean and spacious. I loved the stay. I will definitely repeat it.
