A special thanks to both AbdulRahmans and Mariem for the warm welcome, fast check-in, and their extra care during the stay. Big thanks to Osama as well for always being available and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with great housekeeping and room service. Perfect location – right across the street there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and everything you need. Don’t miss Kim’s Coffee Shop by the hotel entrance (2nd floor). Cozy spot with amazing Saudi coffee and other types also – a must-try! Will definitely come back to this cool and friendly place.

In general, the hotel staff were attentive and professional in their service. I particularly like to mention Jasmine at the reception and Nader at breakfast. It was the first time that a hotel had brought a basket of fruit to the room in the evening. The hotel is well located in a shopping centre and offers an excellent breakfast with a variety of food. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. For me, it was an excellent choice.
