Everything about our stay at Cleopatra Hotel Rixos was exceptional. I have stayed in many five-star hotels, but this one truly exceeded my expectations. The bungalows were spacious and comfortable, the view and the sea were breathtaking, and the facilities were excellent. A special mention goes to the staff, especially the two Mariams, who made our stay even more enjoyable with their kindness and professionalism. The hospitality we received throughout was outstanding. Breakfast was another highlight — there was a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to everyone. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I would highly recommend Cleopatra Hotel.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Security and luggage service were smooth and efficient. A special thanks to both AbdulRahmans and Mariem for the warm welcome, fast check-in, and their extra care during the stay. Big thanks to Osama as well for always being available and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with great housekeeping and room service. Perfect location – right across the street there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and everything you need. Don’t miss Kim’s Coffee Shop by the hotel entrance (2nd floor). Cozy spot with amazing Saudi coffee and other types also – a must-try! Will definitely come back to this cool and friendly place.
