The stay was excellent, rooms clean, food tasty, staff very friendly and helpful. The view from the room was amazing. We enjoyed with my husband a lot. My kids were very happy too. The hotel is really good standard and I’m sure I will be back. I would like to thank all staff for making our stay pleasant. Special thanks to: Mr Mostafa room division manager for making sure that our stay is pleasant, Hamdy from housekeeping for making our room so clean everyday, Amira from reception for being helpful and professional, Room service and restaurant team for serving delicious food, specially Said Abdelaziz, as well Ahmed and Mahmoud who drove us by buggy car around the hotel and they were always helpful.

The whole staff was incredible service minded and very kind. Room service was excellent. They respond very fast. I received fresh fruit twice. Upon check out Mohammad Ali in the reception made sure I felt safe when going to Cairo. Very thoughtful and professional handled with security. Rooms very nice with big bathtub and big balcony. The place was exceptionally quint, luxurious and exclusive. World class beach, facility and service. The host was extremely professional and made our stay all the more special. The beach was in close proximity and golf cars are always available. The place matched the description on the booking.com page. The turquoise blue water and white sand beach were one of the most beautiful we’ve ever seen.
