Amazing hotel. The view, nature, volcano… i have no words to describe. We ordered room with big panoramic window. You can lay in the room in front of the window and dream! Staff are so acomodating and friendly! Facilities are comfortable. Bed, pillows were so fantastic. Breakfast has no wide choice but it the same in all Equador. But food very delicious. Espessialy for dinner!

Staff were really helpful and friendly. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. Great breakfast! You can book activities from the hostel at a great price. They also have a spa - the massages I had were so good.

A lovely hotel located just outside of the centre of Baños. What it may lack in shine it more than makes up with their service. So kind and friendly and couldn't do enough to help. The courtyard area is beautiful and extensive and though the rooms are a bit dated, this adds to the charm of the place. Tailored the breakfast to requests and very happy to store luggage following check out. Plus very patient with my terrible Spanish - a good opportunity to practice! And they have the cutest puppy Torr!

The people at the front desk were very friendly and also the girl who did the rooms. The breakfast on my first day was very good and very elaborate. I enjoyed going to the thermal baths in Banos.

Very spacious room with jacuzzi bath and separate seating areas - really comfortable. Quiet at night - nice location with a view of the waterfall (could also hear it). Not a long walk to centre of town. Tasty breakfast.

Superb central but quiet location and great buffet breakfast (one of the best we had in Ecuador), kind and attentive staff. The room came with a great view and a huge rooftop terrace (shared but rarely visited by others, since it's the only rooftop room). The hot tub is an excellent addition for a spa town like Baños.

The property and grounds were beautiful and serene. My sister came down with a bad cold, and the front desk organized medicine delivery for her from a local pharmacy, which was very helpful. The spa was quite nice and relaxing, and the breakfast was incredible. The room was spacious and very cozy.

Perfect, comfortable and relaxing stay, right next to the waterfall. Really great location. Run by the nicest people. Spa menu (and the pricing) is fantastic; great massage which was much appreciated following a long trip into Baños. Would stay here again next time!
