Very spacious room with jacuzzi bath and separate seating areas - really comfortable.
Quiet at night - nice location with a view of the waterfall (could also hear it). Not a long walk to centre of town.
Tasty breakfast.

Great breakfast. Very comfortable beds and quiet, so we slept very well. The hotel is quirky and has an amazing rooftop space. Really enjoyed our stay.

Superb central but quiet location and great buffet breakfast (one of the best we had in Ecuador), kind and attentive staff. The room came with a great view and a huge rooftop terrace (shared but rarely visited by others, since it's the only rooftop room). The hot tub is an excellent addition for a spa town like Baños.

The property and grounds were beautiful and serene. My sister came down with a bad cold, and the front desk organized medicine delivery for her from a local pharmacy, which was very helpful. The spa was quite nice and relaxing, and the breakfast was incredible. The room was spacious and very cozy.

Staff were really helpful and friendly. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. Great breakfast! You can book activities from the hostel at a great price. They also have a spa - the massages I had were so good.

Perfect, comfortable and relaxing stay, right next to the waterfall. Really great location. Run by the nicest people. Spa menu (and the pricing) is fantastic; great massage which was much appreciated following a long trip into Baños. Would stay here again next time!
