Great overall experience - starting with a delicious welcome drink up to a flexible check out. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the food was good and you have a lot of variety with the 12 restaurants including 2 buffets, the rooms are beautiful designed and very clean plus you have an awesome sea view. Our personal favourites were the filtered water compartment in the fridge (so we always had cold water) and the automatic window shutters. The place is well stocked with dishes, coffee makers, toaster, dishwasher, and even your own laundry machine. And the wifi was surprisingly strong (important to me because I was working part of the days). The two pools and beach are both a minute walk away and you use the path within Playa Turquesa (it’s like a gated section for all the apartments, feels like a resort but more relaxed, and still secure). The beach comes with cushioned chairs and we spent most of our afternoons relaxing and reading. There’s tons of restaurants along the beach for lunch but we enjoyed coming back to the apartment to eat and sitting on the balcony most days (perks of a fridge!). However, I recommend Citrus and Dolce - these restaurants are around the corner and were our favourites for good food!

Our personal favourites were the filtered water compartment in the fridge (so we always had cold water) and the automatic window shutters. The place is well stocked with dishes, coffee makers, toaster, dishwasher, and even your own laundry machine. And the wifi was surprisingly strong (important to me because I was working part of the days). The two pools and beach are both a minute walk away and you use the path within Playa Turquesa (it’s like a gated section for all the apartments, feels like a resort but more relaxed, and still secure). The beach comes with cushioned chairs and we spent most of our afternoons relaxing and reading. There’s tons of restaurants along the beach for lunch but we enjoyed coming back to the apartment to eat and sitting on the balcony most days (perks of a fridge!). However, I recommend Citrus and Dolce - these restaurants are around the corner and were our favourites for good food!

The hotel has a private beach where you can rest and relax in a quiet and peaceful environment. The beach is impressive, the accommodations spacious and of high quality. Special thanks to the entire Tortuga team, the service is excellent, they do everything to assist you with whatever you need, all cheerful, polite, and helpful. The hotel restaurant is also great, for breakfast and other meals. The golf cart helps a lot in getting around the property. I definitely recommend and will return soon.

Me and my partner came here from UK to have a nice break from a busy city - London. This resort made a fantastic impression on us, we had a lovely and relaxing time. Room was luxurious and very spacy with additional facilities such as jacuzzi in the bathroom and a beautiful view from the balcony. Food was delicious and there was a lot of choice. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Jose who assisted us during our stay. Thank you for a brilliant stay!

We really liked the vast territory and the beach with the sea. The hotel territory is large and we enjoyed long walks after dinner and before breakfast. We also liked it that there was a large variety of restaurants (with prior reservation) and bars, especially the beach bar and diamond bar. I loved massage by Isamar in Spa and [Raisa] was one of our favourite animators. Sunrise was very beautiful.
