Exceptional overall experience. We stayed for our marriage (Copenhagen town hall) and the staff went above and beyond for us. including complimentary champagne and sweets in our room on the night of the weeding. The facilities themselves are beautiful and full of character, the location couldn't be better, and not to mention the added benefits of the daily Tivoli passes, bike hire and a wonderful rooftop bar all of which we utilized during our stay. I will absolutely be recommending this hotel, it truly played a part in our wonderful Copenhagen experience.

Excellent breakfast. Rooms, facilities and staff were simply excellent. Value for money (especially for an expensive destination like Copenhagen) Definately one of the best hotels i have stayed in Europe in all my travels.
