The iconic pool area was the reason why we stayed at the hotel. It looked amazing both during the day and at night. There was nobody swimming there so we had the whole place for ourselves. :)

This is a classy, stylish hotel where everything is very, very clean. The reception staff are nice and always willing to help. The hotel is in a nice area of the city, not far from a metro station. If I come to Copenhagen again, I will choose the same hotel. I definitely recommend Ibsens hotel.

Pretty much everything. The location, the atmosphere, nice bar/lounge to sit and work/relax in, great Italian restaurant with outside area. Nice breakfast, super outdoor courtyard, very friendly staff, hardwood floors in bedroom, comfortable beds and bed linen. The best was the cleanliness in the room, breakfast room service with amazing granola and home made jam and the best brewed coffee! (so happy it’s not espresso machine coffee like so many other trendy hotels have today). Perfect with the cold water in fridge and the nice mugs were a nice touch 😊. I felt like I was in a home more than a hotel. Fantastic place. Will absolutely stay again.

The hotel is about a 7 minute walk from the Metro and being out of the centre was a little quieter which we wanted. There are spa facilities available for a price but we didn’t try them. The hotel was modern, light and airy and a pleasant place to relax. Our room was comfortable and clean but a little tired. However, this did not detract from our pleasant stay. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was to die for. So much choice. Cosy hour where guests can get a complimentary drink is a nice touch.
