The hotel is situated on Lake Constance and likely presents a stunning view of the lake and tha Alps - I say likely, as during our visit, the entire area was decked in thick fog… The staff were very pleasant and mostly spoke English. The food was excellent. My room was very well provisioned with coffee machine, hair dryer, a large TV and a typical German double bed with two single quilts and the bed was extremely comfortable!

Very friendly staff and atmosphere in the hotel and restaurant. Cleanliness and facilities are very good for being a "gasthaus" on the countryside, but then again, this is not the normal average gasthaus. It's an exceptionally well maintained and managed facility. In addition, the restaurant and breakfast provided, are excellent.

Surrounded by green countryside and within walking distance of Lake Constance and the beautiful island of Mainau, famous for its flowers, this family-friendly hotel is perfect for a relaxing getaway.

It’s on a perfect spot, close to the centre. Bus stop is in front of the hotel. You even get a bus ticket on a reception. Every 30 minutes the bus leave. Very peaceful so you can get a great sleep. Amazing breakfast with epic view. Very friendly stuff. Sauna and fitness available.
