This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. Everything is perfect here. It is indeed the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in Germany. It's service is superb and beyond words, from valet parking, to reception, to luggage carrying to the room. They made you feel being treated like they really care about you. It's a great hotel you must stay when you visit Heidelberg.

Amazing hotel and so close to the train station. Great facilities and the rooms were spacious, clean and modern. The rooftop bar was good and the staff were accomodating and friendly.

The desk staff was extremely helpful in re-arranging rooms so that the chlidren could have their room and still be connected to the parents room. The breakfast, apart from having an excellent choice, had staff that were super friendly and helpful, fully understanding the little kids needs. Supernice hotel with very nice decoration. Comfortable big room as we were 3, and even bowls given for a dog with a small snack. Nice touch. Good location near highway. Very nice small quiet town. Great breakfast. Absolute bonus was a very good sauna and jacuzzi, that was kindly turn on for us only in the early morning. Lovely. Would love to go back. Price was also totally reasonable.

The hotel was situated near the small Walldorf city center, offering an outstanding restaurant terrace, a big free parking, sauna. The entire hotel was sparkling clean and inside the room, in the refrigerator, you could find a free of charge 1l bottle of sparkling mineral water for each guest. The menu was really good and offering enough choices for meat lovers and vegetarians alike. Also they serve a nice variety of wines.

Situated in the centre of the Rhine-Neckar business district, this hotel enjoys a central location in Walldorf.
