As a family with 3 young kids (ages 3, 7 and 9 yrs) we LOVED staying here! After a week in cosy Parisian accommodation we were shocked by how much space was available in the apartment. Two generous sized bedrooms, a large central room, a large modern kitchen with excellent quality appliances and a large sitting room! The kids were in heaven being able to spread out, and to top it off there were kids books and toys, even a toy kitchen! A great playground a few minutes walk away. Staff here were amazing - we couldn’t fault the customer service from the time of booking to the time of checkout. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and to accommodate requests.

The hotel was in an excellent location as situated next to the train station and main transportation stops. A hotel with high standards. Staff were welcoming too.

The breakfast at this hotel was wonderful, and the staff were kind and helped me in various situations. The room was clean and very comfortable. If you visit Heidelberg, I definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel is in the centre of town near many different restaurants (I recommend landgraf Basque). Inside the facility is very nice, clean and cosy. The room was big and comfortable. Breakfast was great, with everything you could wish for.
