Me and my wife traveled with a baby boy 1 year and 10 months old , The hotel exceeded our expectation , For the first time I felt as I owe to them, Staff is very responsive and helpful , I would like specially to thank, Mr Bozilov and Svetlana from reception . We were with breakfast, lunch and dinner . Quality of food is excellent , very delicious , Service in restaurant exceeded my expectation . Location is very quiet , it makes stay relaxing And joyful . Outdoor and indoor space are enough to Serve all needs for all Ages ! We made friends with family from Dortmund , they told me , They like it so much , That they will make this hotel Their annual holiday . So summary we highly recommend this hotel !!! Thank you once again , for the great vacation , you provided for your guests !!!!

Probably one of my favourite properties I've stayed in. Amazing facilities ranging from relaxation areas to wellness to the private beach access. Amazing design balancing modern and quaint aesthetic. Super comfy rooms and beds. Great food, amazing breakfast. Spotless everywhere. And super super nice staff always willing to help and give great service (absolutely not a given in Germany). Will come back for sure, highly recommend!

Staff at the reception was nice. Breakfast and wellness area (which included 2 saunas, pool and a massage table) were great. Owner was very friendly and talked with the guests at breakfast and even gave me a lift when I needed to go to train station in the rain and did not have umbrella. Rooms very clean and generally the hotel is very well thought through and equipped well (spare umbrellas, newspaper, souvenirs you can by right at the hotel, post box if you want to send a postcard).

The Badersee behind the hotel was a great view and place to relax and enjoy the nature. You could also enjoy the view while having your breakfast from the terrace of the hotel. One could easily get to Lake Eibsee by bus which was just a few steps away from the hotel. Everything was clean and the hotel staff was very kind and helpful which sums up that it was a very good service. We loved the sauna and the huge lounge. Not to forget the amazing choice of breakfast you had there, just yummy!
