Spacious quiet room. Excellent heating. Safe. Fridge and more. Big bathroom. Instructions are by the phone are listed and clear. Parking is only €4/ night. Get the token before you approach the boom. It opens automatically upon exit. Restaurant food is amazing. On Thursdays you can eat as much Schnitzel as you want for €24.50. Breakfast on the 9th floor was great! There is a lift.

Our bedroom was on the fourth floor with a balcony and fitted out for disabled persons. This suited us perfectly as we were both octogenarians. The lift to all floors was modern and quick. The white linen was perfect.

Very clean and comfortable. We chose Hattingen purely because it was about halfway from Bruges to Goslar. But what a find. The town was delightful and Ruhr Inn was only an easy 10 minute walk away so we were able to wander the village for an hour and a half often dinner in the evening. Beautiful.
