The service from the front desk especially Alexandra was sublime and met the same standard and even better than I used to have at Hyatt. I made the mistake of booking for 1 person, but she helped me immediately fix my mistake and provided great care. The valet service was great, they don't abuse a high-performance car and just park it like requested. Overall I might consider using Savoy as my default hotel instead of Hyatt for Cologne.

The breakfast was very good. there were a lot of food. It was too easy to take the train to the town.

My husband found the bed too hard for his taste, but for me it was fine. The breakfast was extra, and we decided to take it. Be hungry! The breakfast is actually a large brunch, and after it we skipped lunch - super nice and all delicious. I am lactose intolerant and I had a lot of nice options to chose from.

This hotel is beside the Marsdorf Business Park in Cologne, with good links to the A1 and A4 motorways. It offers a spa with indoor pool and international and local dishes.

Very good location. Nice breakfast in the hotel. Plenty of space between vehicles in the car park. (We had a big car.). Very friendly staff. Spotlessly clean and airy rooms. Fast free WiFi.
