The breakfast was great; the staff were exceptionally amazing. We had to ask the staff the first night many questions in English including calling a German family member and they did it without any issues!

Beatiful and lovely farm with a lot of nice details that makes you feel the atmosphere of the countryside with the comfort of a hotel. I was surprised how spacious was the room and the toilet. Comfortable beds. The room was newly decorated and from the window we could see part of the farm and we woke up with a raimbow sight. Host was super friendly. As visitors to the bi-annual Pferdestarke event, we have stayed at Hotel Zur Burg Sternberg every 2 years since approximately 2010. The buffet style breakfasts and evening meals are delicious. The location is quiet and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and helpful and, as our German isn't brilliant, it was good that some staff spoke excellent English. Special mention to Stella and Stephanie.
