The hosts were super helpful and kind and speak english very well which is not common in this part of Czech We had several complex issues with our arrival and Lucie gave us a great service and it really felt she did everything she could to help The apartment was very cousy, had good space and facilities for a family of 5 people Really felt like home. Terasy Cafe definitely accomplished our highest score recommendation!

The staff from reception were super professional very polite and welcoming. Breakfast was great! Next time, I shall make use of the spa. Restaurant was also great, abundant food, clean installations, and very nice staff.

Peaceful location, stress free. The room was not so spacious but very clean and comfortable.

Amazing hotel Although the rooms are not new, the flow in the shower was excellent. The room was clean and had soaps, a fridge, a TV. We took a room with an entertainment package and it was excellent. Lots of facilities for children, pools and spa. good breakfast. There are other restaurants in the hotel that we ordered food from. Good pizzeria. And another restaurant that was also good. There is also a lot to do in the area.

As always everything was perfect. This is probably the best hotel in Jizera Mountains. And the restaurant is definitely the best I have ever been in the Czech Republic.
