We stayed for two days and had a wonderful time, they gave us a whole suite! with a large bathroom. The breakfast was excellent and rich. The Villa also has an excellent restaurant, we spent a very nice evening with the accompaniment of jazz music with a fantastic live cello solo. The villa RITTER also offers SPA facilities which we did not have time to try, we will try next time.

We really liked the hotel — it's small and in a good location. Everything was clean, and the room had everything we needed, even a scale. There were bathrobes and towels for the spa. The spa is small but very nice.

The Malá Dvorana is a lovely venue, a traditional one in which to have Breakfast. What makes it even more welcoming is they serve Sparkling wine alongside your breakfast buffet. As with Grandhotels, the bedrooms are huge and spacious. The service at the Front Desk is impeccable and all their staff have been most helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the Spa and Sauna rooms which are modern, comfortable and contemporary. And don't forget to get your perfect Karlovy Vary souvenir, the Grandhotel Pupp Spa Cup!

One of the best accommodations I've ever been to. Everything was completely thought out in detail, furnished in a modern style. The host was very accommodating and pleasant. It was very close to the center. Everything was within walking distance (shops, supermarkets and bus stop). Excellent apartment, perfectly clean and well-appointed, with secure parking and very close to the city center. The online check-in and take-over of keys by means of a code worked perfectly and allowed us flexibility. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom were equipped with everything we needed. In spite of being close to a circulated road, it was quiet at night and we could enjoy a good night sleep. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the wonderful Karlovy Vary.
