Everything: the location: central but quiet! The food: best food we had in Salento and best breakfast we had in Colombia The facilities: everything is new, and very clean. The hotel looks more outdoorsy and actually more charming than in the pictures, yet the rooms are modern and comfortable. There is a sauna and hot tubs that can booked on demand, also massage services. The staff: best of the best. We have been treated so nicely (and the rest of the guests too) and pampered all along the way. I am sure there are a lot of charming and excellent hotels in Salento, but I have tried this one and I would only repeat. I recommend it to anyone traveling to el Eje Cafetero, it’s an absolute gem with a great value for money!

I had the room with the jacuzzi. It was like in a dream. This was one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever been. Giulia at the reception was just like an angel. She organised an awesome MTB-tour for me and helped me whenever I had a question. My time at Piedemonte was just beautiful beautiful beautiful! Thank you so much for those fantastic three days !

everything about Lumbre is amazing. From the beautifully set us tents to the extremely friendly and helpful staff, also the owner Pablo went above and beyond to help us out and make our stay super memorable. Arrival to the property is very easy, you can grab a taxi from Pereira or Armenia airport for around 140-180.000 cop. it’s a short drive/30 min walk to Cocora valley entrance from the hotel. Food is good, they offer spa and massage, but we didn’t try it. on the territory of Glamping there is a hiking path to 2 beautiful waterfalls worth visiting. all in all we had amazing experience and can’t wait to go back

What an amazing stay I had here! I am traveling through Colombia for 2 months, but this has been my favorite hotel so far! Where to start...first of the owner and his sons are very friendly, i arrived by bus at 05.00 in the morning at terminal with no taxi's. I got a message in booking from the owner saying he will pick me up at any time(!). Really unique. What is also amazing is that both sons are fluent in English, so for tourists like me who are just learning Spanish It helps a lot with any questions you might have or tours that you can book right through them. The first day i went horseback riding in the mountain, the second day buggy riding (and one of the sons, Camillo, even took me to town for a game of tego in the evening). The last night, we went horse riding at night with a lot of fireflies around us, stunning! If you want to have an extraordinary stay, i'd recommend staying at this hotel.
