Spa Hotels in Palomino

Nice hostel not on the main road so it’s quiet at night. Staff is very nice, helpful and friendly. Bed is comfortable. Everyday room cleaning. Facilities are great. Very good breakfast and good service. We were in a double room with private pool. That pool was everything. Loved it.

We had a wonderful time at Coconuco Beach Resort. It is a quiet oasis just 10 minutes walking distance outside of buzzing Palomino. We really had a great and relaxing time. The rooms are very clean, the premises are well looked after and the staff went out of their way to make this stay a 10/10.

The villa was incredible! Super clean, chic and spacious. The private pool is a really special touch. The partner hotel where you have breakfast is lovely and the food is great, we had dinner a couple of nights too which were delicious.

Everything! The best hostel in Colombia untill now. Clean, fresh mango raining everywhere, beds extremely comfortable and separated one from eachother, plenty of space, every bed with it's own fan and plug, common area super nice, guys working there super nice, breakfast of choice and delicious. And the price for all this is incredible. Hope to be back!

I have enjoyed four days in Bungalow Mar (the one bungalow with sea view) and it was a paradise. The people working at the hotel are so kind and smiling (if YOU also remember to meet them with a smile and a greeting) - all of them, from the check in at the reception, the cleaning ladies, the handyman, that fixed my safe box and the satellite tv, to the lovely ladies by the breakfast restaurant. My beautiful Tatiana at the reception, thank you for all your help and smiles 🙏🤗 The gardens, the restaurant, the beach terrace are beautiful and with wonderful views of the sea. The pools are well maintained and overlooking the sea. The breakfast was very tasty: fruits, eggs, arepas, juice, coffee, and all served and enjoyed with sea view 😊 The Sea View Bungalow is a paradise! No air conditioning, no glas into the six big windows (only mosquito nets), no hot water in the shower. But who needs that, when you all the time can see and hear the sea, the birds or watch the squirrels playing and climbing in the big coconut tree in front of the bungalow? The big fan in the ceiling and the shadow from all the trees around it keep the bungalow nicely chill. Very comfy and big bed, good blinders for the six windows, good WiFi signal, and lovely views over the garden and the sea when you lay down on the bed. Woke up every morning before seven and started my day by grabbing a towel and going for a swim in the sea. HEAVEN! Short walk on the beach barefoot and along nice bars, surfing spots and some hotels (400 meters) and you are by the main road with shops, cafés and restaurants. Continue on the beach for one more kilometer, still barefoot, and you are at the point where Palomino River meets the Carribien Sea. I’ll miss this piece of heaven 🏖️☀️❤️

Vibes, decoration, food, room + open bathroom.

The hotel is a beachfront property and away from any disturbing noises (cars, motorcycles, parties (loud music). The staff was great, helpful and cordial. The restaurant had good selection of lunch/dinner options, and breakfast was good, but would be excellent if they offered the traditional "arepa de huevo" and other options, but it was good. If you like surfing, there were good waves, as well as calmer waters up and down the beach, which is pretty long. You can take a nice walk on the beach to the "desembocadura" (River mouth) and see where the river pours out to the sea. There are very good restaurants in Palomino that offer a wide variety of Colombian and International dishes as well as an excellent café (Alheli Coffee Shop & School) in the park sector. Remember to take bug repellent and sunblock, you’ll need it and HAVE LOTS OF FUN. I’ll definitely return to Finca Escondida Hotel.

Beautiful location with a huge beachfront. The beach is peaceful and clean, something you won't have in Palomino I had two different massages with Jenny (one for pain, another for energizing) and both were excellent. NB: The massage table is directly in front of the sea and people do walk by, so wear a 2-piece. There's no place nearby for breakfast, so bring something with you or try their menu, which had a range of combinations, including vegetarian options.

The stay was 11/10. The facilities are nice and clean, the staff is amazing (especially Neilis during breakfast) and the food was the best we had so far in Colombia. We also had massage (both deep and relaxing one) and those were also super good.
