Located in a safe neighboorhood in El Poblado, the hotels has an amazing rooftop pool and is equipped high-quality furniture. The staff has been very friendly and is also able to communicate in English. Both transfers the hotel has organised for me and my wife (from the airport to the hotel as well as from the hotel to Guatape) have been excellent.
