An hour boat trip away from the touristic chaos of Cartagena, this beautiful hotel on Rosario Island's El Pueblito is a welcome getaway in calm seas, sands and sun. Very clean and elegantly designed rooms. Ours faced the sea! Plenty of fun activities to get involved in including snorkeling around the ruins of Pablo Escobar and kayaking to neighbouring beaches and even a floating cocktail bar in the sea. In the afternoon its nice to explore further in the island and meet the locals who are super welcoming. Wifi is available throughout the hotel and the signal is decent. A bit more expensive overall but totally worth it. Plus it is NOT a tourist hotspot which a few of The other Hotels around The Island Are.

We had our own bungalow, large clean and simple, with palm leave roof. With a mosquito net on the beds and several fans, which are sufficient to the job. The staff has been amazing, all locals people so kind and professional. We have eaten at the hotel restaurant several times, and it is one of the best place of the island. And the location is fantastic, the beautiful view from the terrace as in the pictures. The courtesy tour by boat is a very nice welcome and we also did some of the activities you can purchase. We highly recommend the snorkeling because you can see the living and colorful corals and fishes, and the luminescent plankton. The hotel is a quite one, with no music, as there is enough elsewhere, you can go in 10 minutes to other party hotels or, as we did, in the village to have a more authentic experience.

The hotel is amazing, with a great view of the blue sea. The staff were more than friendly and the food delicious. The greatest part was jumping into de see from the Dock. The hotel is perfect to be calm and relax for a few days, it is a great place to take out the stress.

Really beautiful hotel at the beach. Loved the views and the food. The staff were all really nice. The beaches are small but there's plenty of day beds, and the day visitors are only around for a few hours. We enjoyed hearing about the conservation efforts going on, hopefully they're successful!

Loved this hotel! It's a great place to disconnect and reconnect, the view is great and the breakfast buffet was one of my favorites. I went with my a group of friends and would like to go again sometime soon.
