The view around this resort is hard to beat. Just mesmerizing nature and mountains all around the resort especially from the "infinity" pool. Serene location and lovely staff. I enjoyed this hotel the most in China. Just make sure to bring a 360 camera. You will understand when you get there :)

One of the best Apartments I have ever booked. It was very modern, everything was clean and we had a great view on the mountains. Also was there a billard table and the whole shared space was pretty nice. The Host helped us everyday to get to the attractions near the area. If you go to Zhangjiajie I would totaly recommend this apartment.

Absolutely fabulous stay! The room was clean, modern, with cozy beds and soft pillows. The facilities were great — auto-flush toilets, excellent A/C, and refreshing showers. The location is super convenient, just a few minutes’ walk from the East Gate. Scott, the manager, speaks excellent English and gave really helpful advice on routes and tickets to explore Zhangjiajie efficiently. Highly recommended!

I was on business trip and had one weekend off that I used to visit Zhangjiajie. I was traveling alone and not speaking any Chinese. The stay was amazing, thanks to the hotel personnel. It was the best. Being picked up at the airport, the transports to the house, breakfast a back. Especially using google translate conversation app, makes it very easy and good to communicate. The lovely people can arrange everything for you. All thanks for taking care! You gave me an amazing experience!

Heh, just got back from our stay and WOW, these folks really know how to make you feel welcomed, eh? ​Right after booking, they reached out ​super politely​ to confirm everything and even ​offered a smooth airport pickup​ (nice black SUV, on time and comfy!), which set a fantastic tone. The level of ​genuine care​ here is something else. We loved how the ​whole staff, especially our dedicated ​butler team, went above and beyond. They weren't just 'fixing things'; they were ​actively helpful and friendly, chatted with us about what we fancied doing (hikes, shows, tours), sorted out ​all our tickets, and booked ​exactly the rides we needed, hassle-free. It felt seamless and personal, not fussy or over-the-top, which we really appreciated. But seriously, the ​pool area? Gorgeous!​​ Huge, sparkling clean, and surrounded by stunning mountain views – honestly felt like a ​hidden gem right here in Zhangjiajie!​​ Perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. You gotta see it! Breakfast was spot on too – great variety, fresh, and plenty of Timmy's-style coffee fixings (a real plus for us Canucks!). All in all, just a ​top-notch, genuinely friendly, and incredibly ​relaxing stay. ​Couldn't recommend it more highly.​​ Felt like a true ​​"home away from home"​​ with some serious ​pampering when we wanted it.​​ Major kudos to the entire team for getting it so right. ​Will definitely be back!​

If I visit Zhangjiajie again, I would still choose this hotel. The service, facilities, and location are all excellent! The overall cost-performance ratio is much higher than expected. Considering that hiking in Zhangjiajie can make you sweat easily, the laundry service is really satisfying. If you want to have breakfast at the hotel, it costs 18 yuan per person, which is quite reasonable, mainly because of the local breakfast specialties. I quite liked the rice noodles. If you don't want to eat at the hotel, there are also many other breakfast shops within about a ten-minute walk nearby. The hotel is near the East Gate of Wulingyuan, and it takes just about 10 minutes to walk along the river to the East Gate of the Forest Park. The location is really excellent. If you are hesitating about which hotel to choose, picking this one will definitely increase your travel satisfaction by more than five times! This hotel has left me with very wonderful travel memories.

The location was pretty good, you are 30min away from the south gate of the National Park forest by foot. The family that owns the hotel is lovely and very helpful even though they don't speak English. And in case they have an assistant with whom you can speak English. And our room was really cute.

This is such an incredible place to stay near Zhangjiajie. Being at one of the least popular gates it makes entry to the park easy (10min walk), yet the entrance is well connected by road to major points. The owner was super nice and always helpful. Despite his limited English we were always able to communicate using translator apps. He drove us to the entrance when we asked, looked up bus timetables, he even helped us find new drone propellor within an hour after we clipped them at the park one time. Speaking of drone, if you like flying it this spot is perfect. The park opens way after sunrise and before sunset, however as this place is located in a direct line of sight with the park you can get stunning shots right from the property. It's about a 3km flight, but once you get there your mind will be blown. I recommend the small wooden platform with a wooden heart about 80m right of the property so you don't disturb other guests. The room itself is amazing, bed is huge and super soft. Always clean and smelling nice. Oh, did I mention we got a free room upgrade? You will definitely have a 'purespace' experience here, watching the everchanging moods of this beautiful area through the massive glass windows. The breakfast was included and is simple but yummy. Mostly Chinese option food wise, and its good to note there is not much around so you might need to cab to Wulingyuan if you want lots of food options. It's about 35-40yuan one way on the Didi app. If we ever come back to Zhanjiajie we will definitely stay here again, it made our time here so much nicer!
