I was on business trip and had one weekend off that I used to visit Zhangjiajie. I was traveling alone and not speaking any Chinese. The stay was amazing, thanks to the hotel personnel. It was the best. Being picked up at the airport, the transports to the house, breakfast a back. Especially using google translate conversation app, makes it very easy and good to communicate. The lovely people can arrange everything for you. All thanks for taking care! You gave me an amazing experience!

The hotel has a great environment, with a small river in front. The biggest highlight is the excellent service. The front desk staff even added us on WeChat, recommended travel routes, and helped book tickets for scenic spots. They guided us throughout on the best ways to enjoy our trip, with thoughtful and careful route planning. The room was also very comfortable. During our car rental, there was an unpleasant small incident, but the hotel cooperated to resolve the issue. Sometimes, all you need is a good attitude.
